How does it work?

This intuitive develop system offers a comprehensive range of 80 titles grouped into subject areas. Courses are categorised into:

The core development catalogue is mapped against your staff’s competencies and roles.

The Academy collates data on all CPD activity and also supports blended learning (a combination of e-Learning and face-to-face learning).

Reporting features provide management overviews at the touch of a button. And system access can easily be controlled according to staff level.

The platform fulfils the Institute for Learning requirements on providing 30 hours of CPD to maintain practitioners’ professional status.

Access and develop training materials

This web-based learning environment is set up to deliver Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) training resources and other materials available from Learning Resources International (LRI).

The Academy’s flexibility allows you to produce your own course materials. There’s also an in-built platform for further education providers to deliver e-Learning at workplaces – and even overseas locations.
