Board of Trustees
Our Board comprises 10 Trustees. The Trustees have ultimate responsibility for directing our affairs as a registered charity. This includes ensuring we’re well-run and that we deliver the charitable outcomes for public benefit for that we were set up to achieve.
Committee Structure
There are two committees of our Board:
Audit Committee
Our Audit Committee provides an independent oversight of the effectiveness of our systems of internal control and financial reporting. The Committee also oversees risk management, compliance systems and the independence and performance of the internal and external auditors.
Remuneration Committee
Our Remuneration Committee determines the remuneration and conditions of service of our Chief Executive, Chairman of the Board and Board Clerk / Company Secretary.
