LSN has recently completed three strategic acquisitions that will enable us to significantly enhance the portfolio of services we offer.
FE Associates
Based in Taunton, Somerset, FE Associates is a leading supplier of interim staff to the further education sector and the alliance is a key development in our strategic plan to grow and offer services directly to colleges.
The alliance combines the strengths of FE Associates with our 25-year track record of offering services to the further education sector and will enable us to build on recent innovations such as the creation of a bespoke leadership unit for college management teams that helps senior managers develop their coaching, performance management and communications skills.
The result of the alliance will be a powerful range of new products and services for the sector that will provide solutions to key management issues. The new services on offer will include hands-on support for college mergers and the management of shared back-office services for FE colleges such as HR, Finance and IT.

Connections Oxford (now LSN Connections) is a training and consultancy firm specialising in leadership and people development in a wide range of sectors.
