Our Make a Difference Programme supports Further Education providers in recruiting experienced and motivated graduate-calibre individuals for management roles within Further Education and training and skills providers.
Candidates join a 12-month leadership development programme which provides:
- an in-depth introduction to the context of the Further Education system, including the intentions of the system and the challenges it faces;
- building of competencies in core business techniques and sound management practices;
- leadership insights to instil in candidates the attitudes, behaviours and mindsets necessary for effective business leadership.
