How do I order more than one copy of a publication?

Once you have selected your chosen publication just change to the desired quantity before adding to your basket. You should always check your selection prior to submitting your order.

I’ve been sent the wrong publications

Please contact us immediately and we will re-arrange another delivery as soon as possible.

I’ve not received my publications

You should receive your delivery between 7-10 working days of submitting your order. If you do not receive the items within this timescale please contact us.

Can I request publications in an alternative format?

LSN is committed to providing materials that are accessible to everyone. If you require any of LSN’s materials in an alternative format please contact the LSN Marketing team:

Please allow between 2 – 3 weeks for production of alternative formats and provide the following information:

• Alternative format specifications - the exact information required and the preferred alternative format
• How the alternative format should be delivered - by post, fax or email
• Full contact details – for queries and final delivery of alternative format.
