Following the huge success of the Emerging Leaders Programme launched in July this year, LSN is proud to sponsor a further event aimed at our future sector leaders, hosted by the Association of Colleges with the Women’s Leadership Network.
The brightest performers in the FE sector are invited to an afternoon of high quality input, discussion and reflection to boost their aspirations and future development.
The event will take place on the afternoon of Thursday 25 February 2010 at our offices in Holborn, London, closing with a drinks reception.
AoC and WLN recognise the importance of developing the next generation of leaders, for individual colleges and to the sector as a whole. Developed by AoC, and WLN, this event is dedicated to emerging leaders in order to:
- build links, share experience and effective practices
- consider key issues for developing a successful leadership career
- learn how to shape and influence policy making
- get together with like-minded colleagues in a supportive and inspiring environment
