Merger support

Our comprehensive merger support service addresses the key issues at every stage of a college merger. We support clients with options analyses, proposal development and submission, TUPE and HR issues, systems, policies and procedures, and operational and strategic change management. Our experts are also able to provide support for TUPE and HR to clients in the private sector and other areas of the public sector.
